Arlington Youth Football Club is on an upward trajectory within our community as a safe, fun, diverse, and educational program for young athletes looking to gain lifelong skills alongside their teammates through our football and cheer programs. AYFC is committed to promoting a safe and accessible atmosphere for athletes to learn and grow.

Our mission is clear: create a safe learning space for athletes and coaches to develop our club into a formidable competitor in our league.

 AYFC is driven by 3 core values: Integrity, Safety, Development

Integrity in all we do. Leadership, Coaches, and Athletes can only be a beacon in our community, and good stewards of the club and the sport if we remain integral every step of the way.

Safety at all times. In a world where we are told that a contact sport such as tackle football isn’t a space parents should be sending their young athletes, we must prioritize safety above all else. This applies not only to our athletes physically, but emotionally and mentally.

Development at its core. Our athletes deserve consistent development opportunities year round and from season to season, and ensuring our players and coaches have the opportunities necessary to become the best they can be.
